Most Parade of Homes tours feature homes built specifically for the event, particularly when it comes to the luxury or custom section of the tour. But the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver is taking a different approach to its 2009 summer event, renamed the Denver Luxury Home Tour. Instead of specially built homes, the event will feature several $1 million-plus homes that have already been completed and are on the market. Read the Denver Business Journal story.
