Project Description

Our goal was to create a modern space for our clients to reflect their lifestyle. Because the space is long, we took advantage of the flow between rooms and connected themes and usability with little modification to the existing layout. With the addition of a floating wall in the master suite space was for a functional walk through closet. This new layout included neutral colors, straight lines, taking advantage of the length and not running away or hiding from it. You get the sense one room flows to another allowing for social events and entertaining, but also defining living spaces for the clients to feel at home.

Exceptional project features; create a new configuration within the defined space to develop more usable space. Create a modern style, look and configuration. Created new walk-in closet by constructing a floating wall. Installed all new LED can lighting. Recycled existing cabinets throughout by painting and installing glass fronts. Removed raised bar areas on countertops to create one level which enlarges preparation space.

Professional and socially active in the community, our target market has timelines and conditions that need to be meet and respected. The building itself has restraints on working hours, accessibility, and being on the 30th floor took strategic planning to coordinate a smooth production schedule and completion by deadline.

We deserve the award for maintaining the integrity of the layout while creating living spaces within.
